Kotozna Inc. will launch its multilingual generative AI digital concierge, “Kotozna ConcierGAI,” along with a new avatar function, starting Tuesday, September 24, 2024. “Kotozna ConcierGAI” is a rebranded and enhanced version of the multilingual digital concierge service previously known as “Kotozna laMondo.” In addition to accurately conveying and responding to company-specific information, its standout feature is the integration of voice input/output and avatar capabilities, enabling versatile, high-level customer service across various scenarios. Kotozna remains committed to developing cutting-edge technology utilizing generative AI to deliver personalized customer service and business support.

●Introducing the Avatar Function of “Kotozna ConcierGAI”: A Digital Concierge with Voice Input and Output
Kotozna is launching “Kotozna ConcierGAI,” a multilingual digital concierge featuring an avatar function that enables voice-based conversations, starting today. Pricing begins at 100,000 yen per month.

▽Features of the “Kotozna ConcierGAI” avatar function
① Customizable for Various Uses and Purposes:
The avatar can be tailored to reflect different personalities, matching your company’s brand identity and the conversation context. It can deliver accurate responses to company-specific questions using a unique, customizable voice.
② Advanced Voice Input/Output Function:
With its advanced voice technology, the avatar enables fast, natural conversations, providing seamless and instant communication as if speaking to a real person.
③ Omnichannel Compatibility:
The avatar is designed to work across both online and offline channels, from digital signage to mobile devices, ensuring a consistent experience wherever it is used.

▽ Examples of Expected Uses for the Kotozna ConcierGAI Avatar Function:
① Signage Information Boards in Commercial Facilities:
Since no keyboard input is required, the avatar can provide multilingual information on signage boards at commercial, leisure, and transportation facilities, making it easy for visitors to navigate.
② Corporate Brand Sites Using Unique Characters (e.g., Yurukyara):
Dynamic visuals can be integrated into corporate homepages and customer contact points, helping to strengthen brand identity and establish a cohesive corporate image.
③ Online Customer Support:
By offering 24/7 multilingual customer support through the avatar, which interacts just like a human, companies can deliver advanced customer service and enhance their corporate image.

● Implementation Goal:
The goal for the first year of the Kotozna ConcierGAI avatar function is to achieve 100 implementations by December 2025. While continuing to focus on tourism and accommodation, where we have a strong presence, we also aim to expand into other industries, including in-house training and recruitment for sectors like nursing care and logistics.

●Comment from Goto Genri, CEO of Kotozna Inc.
Kotozna has previously provided ‘Kotozna In-room,’ a multilingual communication tool for accommodation facilities, and ‘Kotozna laMondo,’ a chat tool that breaks language barriers for businesses globally. In recent years, we’ve focused on implementing generative AI technology, developed our own prompt engineering, and created a multilingual concierge service that balances accuracy, speed, and naturalness. With this product launch, we aim to enhance the convenience of generative AI services and accelerate their societal adoption.
Going forward, inbound services will require more than just text information on guideboards and pamphlets; there will be a need for enhanced multilingual communication, such as at information centers. However, full-time multilingual staff support remains a very costly expense.
The Kotozna ConcierGAI avatar function is expected to be in high demand in large commercial facilities, tourist information centers, accommodation facilities, and other locations in Japan, where the number of foreign visitors is expected to continue increasing, due to events such as the Osaka Expo. Kotozna will continue developing innovative technologies that utilize generative AI to provide attentive customer service in the hospitality and business support fields.
