Kotozna Inc. is excited to announce the launch of its multilingual generative AI digital concierge, “Kotozna ConcierGAI,” on Ibaraki Prefecture’s tourism information site, “Tourism Ibaraki,” starting October 2024.
“Tourism Ibaraki” serves as a hub for showcasing Ibaraki Prefecture’s rich tourism resources to audiences both within and outside the prefecture, offering multilingual information about attractions and events. As part of this initiative, we developed a chatbot featuring Ibaraki Prefecture’s official VTuber, “Ibaraki Hiyori,” to provide multilingual support for visitor inquiries.

To further these goals, the site has embraced multilingual capabilities and interactive features to better engage its audience.
As part of a content production initiative supported by the 2024 Flower-Filled Sightseeing Support Project, Kotozna Inc. developed a chatbot featuring Ibaraki Prefecture’s official VTuber, “Ibaraki Hiyori.” This innovative chatbot, powered by “Kotozna ConcierGAI,” leverages advanced AI technology to provide multilingual support. By combining Ibaraki Hiyori’s engaging visual persona with generative AI, the chatbot offers an interactive and accessible way to answer visitor inquiries in multiple languages.

The digital concierge “Kotozna ConcierGAI” is a new service that implements voice input/output and avatar functions in the multilingual digital concierge that has been provided as “Kotozna laMondo” until now. Its greatest feature is that it can accurately convey and answer company-specific information.
