The company will open a store information site for the Ginza area, collect and analyze browsing data, and aim to stimulate consumption by attracting customers and increasing awareness of stores in the Ginza area. The Proof of Concept (PoC) will run from September 13, 2024, until December 25, 2024. Kotozna will support Sapporo Holdings’ PoC by providing a dashboard that supports 109 languages for Kotozna In-room.

Kotozna’s information dissemination and communication tool for hotels, “Kotozna In-room,” has been adopted by Sapporo Holdings for a demonstration experiment of inbound marketing by collecting and analyzing store information site browsing data in the Ginza area from September 13, 2024.
For this Proof of Concept (PoC), Sapporo Holdings will create an information site for inbound tourists that supports 109 languages. The site will offer timely information and coupons for stores, events in the Ginza area, and restaurant fairs. The site will also collect user browsing data, analyze trends based on user attributes, and use this data to enhance each store’s marketing efforts, aiming to attract more customers and increase brand recognition.
With the Ginza area currently bustling with inbound tourists, the goal is to further boost consumption activity through the use of digital technology and data-driven marketing. Kotozna will support Sapporo Holdings’ inbound marketing experiment by providing a multilingual dashboard (supporting 109 languages) via its ‘Kotozna In-room’ platform.
