CEO

Serial entrepreneur and business leader. Genri launched Kenko.com, the largest online drugstore in Japan, in 1994. He was a Founder / CEO of the company for 20 years and led its IPO in 2004. In 2016, Genri started Kotozna as the Founder / CEO.

Jun Azegami

CFO

Completed the Masters Course for the Graduate School of Economics at Keio University. Former certified public accountant. After serving as Sanyo Electric M&A Manager, Fast Retailing's subsidiary CFO, Kenko.com's CFO, Hotland's ('Gindaco') CFO, etc., he joined Kotozna in November, 2016.

Kumiko Morio

CMO

After joining Hakuhodo, she mainly worked in the sales department. She has served as a Senior Account Director and a Senior Management Planning Director. She has worked for Kotozna since 2018.

Hiroshi Terunuma

Director

Graduated from Keio University. After working at Accenture and Prestige International, he joined Nippon Venture Capital in 1998. After working as a Managing Executive Officer, he has been a senior partner since 2022. Kitakyushu City Advisor. Outside Director of Bplats and Camelove.

Eriko Yamagiwa

Auditor

Graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Economics in 1991 and joined The Industrial Bank of Japan. After working for a Silicon Valley startup and a real estate fund asset management company, the predecessor of JREIT, she participated in Kotozna from 2016.

Kousuke Ishikawa

CTO

After joining Works Applications, he served as a lead engineer in several companies, gaining full stack experience. He then became CTO of an SaaS company, where he was in charge of everything from architecture design to team building. He has been with Kotozna since 2019.

Konomi Takaoka

CCSO

Graduated from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. In charge of web marketing and e-commerce at Kenko.com and a major food company. Experienced the launch of domestic and overseas delivery bases and the construction of business systems. She has worked for Kotozna since 2021.

Matthias Hofman

Vice-CTO

Graduated from Braunschweig Institute of Technology in Business Information Systems M.Sc. Developed a handwriting recognition AI for a Japanese-English dictionary app. Co-founded Local Japan, a mobile app for travelers that was acquired by Kotozna in 2018. He has worked for Kotozna since 2018.

Mehdi Sadeghian

Vice-CTO

Graduated from IAU Garmsar University with MSc. In charge of the RCP web development section at Rakuten Mobile inc. He has worked for Kotozna since 2021.
