As Kotozna looks to go global and scale, we are building out our international product team. Product Managers work closely with leadership and have a direct impact on Kotozna's growth and strategy, while being experts on managing the product lifecycle and getting things done.
As a product manager you will:

Define product requirements and develop a product roadmap to guide the development of ChatGPT and ML powered solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and data engineers to build, test, and launch features

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitors, and use these insights to inform product development decisions

Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders, including partners and internal teams

Track product performance metrics and use data to inform product decisions

Continuously iterate on the product to improve user experience and meet business objectives
What you need to succeed:

2-3 years of experience in product management, consulting, or engineering with a strong commercial mindset

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience working in an agile development environment

Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing is a plus

Location Fukuoka or Tokyo
