Our vision is to eliminate language barriers by utilizing social innovation and new technologies. Kotozna Chat provides is real-time multi-language translation amongst different messaging platforms. Users can communicate across different messaging platforms such as Facebook Messenger, LINE, and WeChat with real-time multi-language translation, which enables for international travelers and local businesses to chat with own device on own messaging platform in own language. Our freemium service enables travelers easily access translated contents for free. We will delight international travelers and local businesses by eliminating language barriers.
CEO Genri Goto
Genri Goto is a business owner, serial entrepreneur and social entrepreneur. After working for 5 years at Accenture as a strategy consultant, in 1994 he founded Healthy Net, Inc. (now Kenko.com, Inc.). After a span of 20 years as the company's president, Goto lead Kenko.com to be listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Market of the High-growth and Emerging Stocks (Mothers) in 2004. He sued Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare concerning the online sale of medicines, winning the lawsuit in 2013 at the Supreme Court. Goto has served as the chairman of the NPO Japan Online Drug Association, a member of the World Economic Forum and as a member of the investigative commission at the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Goto is also the chairman of Kotozna (TagFIT Association). He holds a first-class Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Tokyo, and a Master in Public Management from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.
Full stack engineer and entrepreneur After carrying out research into diamond semiconductors at university, Takaaki Kamio went on to gain much experience in a career related to IT, becoming familiar in everything level of software technology, from the upper processes to its operation. In 2007, he joined Works Applications, and, after engaging in the development of new products there as an expert engineer, Kamio went on to found Mind Palette in 2010. He released the photo sharing SNS app, "Snapeee", and helped it grow into one of the largest mobile communities, with a user base of over 14 million people, and particularly popular amongst Asian women in their 20s. On the business side, he also expanded the app to Hong Kong and Taiwan as a content platform to give Japanese brands a presence overseas. In 2016, Kamio assumed the position of company director at Kotozna(JaQool). He is a graduate of science from of the International Christian University (professor Okano's office).
